Vanessa Colon is a skilled Legal Assistant with 29 years of experience in the legal field. Born and raised in Queens, New York City, she moved to Orlando, Florida in 2004. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and has built a strong foundation in law by supporting and improving the functions of several law firms in New York before relocating to Florida. Her role involves a wide array of tasks, including document preparation, managing client information, and supporting staff with litigation preparation.

Vanessa plays a critical part in calendar operations, efficiently scheduling client meetings, court dates, and deadlines to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time.

In addition to her daily responsibilities, Vanessa is involved in preparing cases for litigation by assisting in organizing and reviewing discovery materials, drafting legal correspondence, and coordinating with clients and witnesses.
