John Richardson is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience spanning military service, the service industry, and legal case management. A proud U.S. Army veteran, John earned an Achievement Medal for exemplary service and dedication to his unit. After transitioning from the military, John spent 20 years in the service industry, where he built strong skills in customer relations, problem-solving, and handling high-pressure situations—skills that would later prove invaluable in his legal career.

For the past 8 years, John has worked as a Case Manager in the Insurance Dispute Department, where he is responsible for managing all aspects of complex insurance disputes. He plays a crucial role in gathering evidence, reviewing policy details, coordinating with clients and insurance companies, and ensuring all deadlines are met. John also assists attorneys with case preparation, helping to organize discovery materials, draft correspondence, and facilitate settlement negotiations. His experience and meticulous attention to detail have made him a trusted resource for clients seeking to recover the funds they deserve.

Outside of work, John is a proud father to a University of Central Florida student and a devoted dog parent. He is passionate about family, professional growth, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
