Attorney Hans Kennon has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law since 2015 by the Florida Bar. Only 7% of all lawyers in Florida are board certified in any specialty area of practice. In order to achieve this certification, Hans litigated insurance and personal injury cases throughout Florida against some of the country’s biggest insurance companies. Hans met the certification requirement for courtroom trials and passed the written exam to help him earn a reputation as a veteran litigator and a worthy opponent in court. Hans’ success in representing clients against their own insurance companies has resulted in Hans’ services sought out by clients statewide.

Hans is also rated AV® Preeminent, by Martindale-Hubbell, and is the founding member of Kennon Law. An AV® Rating signifies that a lawyer has reached the heights of professional excellence. Hans has practiced law for now more than 30 years and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity by fellow attorneys in his area of practice. Hans graduated as the Valedictorian of his law school class from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami and received nine West awards reflecting the highest grade for that subject matter.
