Connor Kennon

Director of Client Relations

Connor Kennon, raised in Central Florida, developed his passion for helping underserved clients through his experiences in improving higher education and advancing opportunities within the State University System of Florida. During his collegiate career, he contributed significantly to these efforts through leadership roles in the Florida Student Association, as well as student governments at Florida State University and the University of Central Florida. His commitment to service extends beyond academia, as he has actively engaged in local, state, and federal politics.

Connor earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science, from Florida State University in 2022. He recently graduated in 2024 with a Master of Science in Public Relations from Boston University, where he focused on the intersection of social psychology, political strategy, and strategic communication. His extensive experience in higher education advocacy, political campaigns, and public relations enables him to assist clients with a well-rounded approach, offering tailored support strategies that align with their needs.With more than a year of experience assisting clients in recovering the funds they deserve, Connor has developed expertise in case management.

He is trained in managing client communications, coordinating the claims process, gathering necessary documentation, and supporting attorneys in handling complex insurance claims. By combining his academic insights with practical expertise, Connor excels in helping clients navigate the stressful challenges of denied or underpaid insurance claims, and works to improve the client experience across our firm.
